Alex Silva

Partner | Florida Market Leader

Alex brings more than 30 years of experience across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry — and somehow still approaches every project like it's the most interesting one he's ever worked on. With a background spanning construction, architecture, project management, BIM leadership, modular and off-site delivery, and visual communications, Alex has built a career defined not just by what he knows, but by how generously he shares it.
What sets Alex apart is equal parts expertise and energy. He is the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately makes everyone in it feel like they've known him for years. A committed team player with an infectious enthusiasm, he doesn't wait to be pointed in a direction — he jumps in, rolls up his sleeves, and figures it out with a drive that raises the bar for everyone around him. He is, without question, the office's loudest and most genuine supporter of the people he works alongside.
Alex is always chasing what's next. His passion for AI visualization, emerging technology, and digital communication keeps Architecture 101 at the leading edge of how design is modeled, coordinated, and presented. At the core of everything Alex does is a deep investment in the relationships he builds. For Alex, the work is personal — and the people make it worthwhile.
