Claudia is a Partner at Architecture 101 and leads the firm’s residential design department, bringing a highly personal, detail-oriented approach to every home she touches. A licensed architect in Colombia, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism and has practiced architecture in Colombia, Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia, giving her a broad perspective shaped by different places, people, and ways of living.

For Claudia, residential design is all about listening. She is known for taking the time to understand exactly what her clients want and for exploring every idea, until the design feels completely their own. She loves spoiling her clients with thoughtful details and considers seeing someone genuinely happy in their finished space one of the greatest rewards of her work.

Her connection to community extends beyond the office. Claudia has served as a translator for the Chatham County Board of Education, helping Spanish-speaking families communicate and feel supported, and she currently serves on the Southbridge Architectural Review Committee.

Outside of architecture, the title Claudia is proudest to hold is “Mom.” She is also a devoted animal lover whose household includes four cats and Nugget, the family’s Labrador puppy.
