Set within an established South Carolina neighborhood, this K–12 educational campus reflects Architecture 101's commitment to thoughtful, community-driven design. Delivered as a multi-phase master plan, the project balances the school's long-term growth with the character and concerns of the surrounding community.

Phase 1, completed in 2023, added music rooms, flexible classrooms, a performance space, and athletic facilities the campus previously lacked — all while keeping the school fully operational throughout construction. Phases 2 and 3 are programmed for future expansion as fundraising and enrollment needs evolve. 

But the real foundation of the project was conversation. Town halls, teacher surveys, and open Q&A sessions with neighbors, shaped everything from site layout to how the campus connects to the streets around it.
