Liv is a licensed architect at Architecture 101 whose curiosity shapes everything she brings to a project. She graduated from SCAD in 2025 with a Master of Architecture, completing her licensure along the way, and it was during the Jumpstart Coastal Georgia program that something clicked. Working alongside residents and seeing development from their perspective sparked an interest that still shapes how she approaches her work today, always asking not just what a project will look like, but who it will actually serve. Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in part in New Jersey, she moves easily between cultures and languages, and that duality has shaped a career built on genuine connection with clients, colleagues, and the broader Savannah community.

There's a particular kind of energy that walks into a room with Liv. Within the first few minutes of meeting her, most people find themselves telling her things they hadn't planned on sharing, not because she's asking the right questions, but because she has a rare, genuine gift for making people feel truly seen.

You might find her at a SESCO mahjong session one week and a local housing panel the next, or simply grabbing coffee with a fellow architect just to hear their story. Mentorship comes naturally to her, and she's always looking for ways to pass along what she knows, cross-pollinating ideas and lifting up the next generation of architects and community members alike. She's a genuine believer in becoming the best version of herself, and that shows in the quieter parts of her life too: a good podcast, a physics book, a nature documentary, anything that feeds her endless curiosity about how things, and people, work.

At home, that creative energy just takes a different shape. Liv is usually deep into some project of her own, smelling wood, measuring out her next furniture piece, or hosting friends over a carefully built charcuterie board. She's happiest with sand underfoot or floating somewhere in open water, chasing the small, spontaneous moments that make a hangout worth remembering. And more often than not, her son (dog) Milo is right there with her for the ride.
