Tucked into Savannah's Starland District, Lucia Pasta Bar transforms a piece of the neighborhood's history into a space built for connection. The design restores the building's original Art Deco character, pairing period details with a warm, contemporary dining room that feels both timeless and true to its roots.

At the heart of the space is an interactive pasta bar, where guests can watch Chef Kyle and his team work in real time — turning the meal into a shared experience rather than a backdrop. The result is a restaurant that celebrates authenticity in every detail, from the restored architecture to the open, conversational energy of the dining room.

A101 collaborated closely with the Starland Dairy and Lucia teams, along with Method Engineering, to bring the vision to life — balancing historic preservation with the practical needs of a working restaurant kitchen and bar.
