Maijosh ‘MJ’ Giraut, AIA, NCARB

Senior Project Manager

MJ brings over 12 years of experience to Architecture 101 with a background rooted in higher education and commercial architecture, she has spent her career developing a holistic understanding of how buildings come together from first sketch to final walkthrough, and that full-picture perspective is evident in everything she does on and off the job site. She doesn't just understand the details — she tracks them, clarifies them, and makes sure every question gets answered before it becomes a problem.
She remains calm under pressure in a way that steadies everyone around her, approaching challenges head-on with focus and resolve rather than hesitation. Her ability to build genuine relationships with multidisciplinary consultants across a project ensures that coordination doesn't just happen on paper, but in practice.
Beyond her project work, MJ is deeply committed to the next generation of architects and design professionals. She shares her knowledge freely and enthusiastically, understanding that the strength of the industry depends on how well it equips the people coming up behind it.
